Under mitt mer än trettio långa arbetsliv arbetat som kock, jag har till skillnad från de flesta andra kockar gjort en gourmetresa i vildmarken. I mitt yrke så har jag varit verksam vid fältkök, stormkök, eldar, grillar och s.k ”Dutch Oven”. Har haft hela världen som arbetsfält, på samtliga kontinenter.

Idag håller jag bland annat i utbildningar av vildmarks-, fjäll-, bergs-, kanot- guider etc i matlagning, på bland annat skolor både i Sverige och många andra länder och däremellan håller själv i utbildningar i matlagning, med inriktning utomhus och ett starkt ekologiskt och fair trade engagemang. Jag lagar mat åt rese-, och event-företag och diverse andra matlagning uppdrag, med inriktning mot att laga mat utomhus.
